Overview

The Ramses superapp features Ramses.ID as a centralized identity management system that serves as a secure vault for personal information, such as official documents, contacts, and addresses. It employs a privacy-first, permission-based model for data sharing with miniapps, enabling users to exercise granular control and revoke permissions. This integrates seamlessly via standardized APIs, enabling faster onboarding, automatic form filling, and secure verification while reducing the risk of identity theft. Complementing this, the unified membership system requires a single registration, granting unrestricted access to all miniapps and personalized experiences. Users can freely explore productivity tools, entertainment, and utilities, with data securely managed to prevent redundancy and enhance satisfaction, prioritizing security and compliance.

Ramses.Maps provides real-time navigation, delivery tracking, and turn-by-turn directions, with dynamic overlays for estimated times and optimal routing. It securely handles geodata, such as addresses, using consent-based access, serving as the backbone for location services across miniapps via APIs. Ramses.Pay acts as a unified payment platform, storing cards and wallets for seamless, cross-platform transactions, including peer-to-peer and international exchanges, under a zero-trust security model with explicit user authorizations.

Ramses.Reco is an AI-driven recommendation engine that personalizes recommendations across various services, including bookings and dining, by analyzing user behavior in real-time. It uses cross-functional learning to make accurate predictions and provides developers with APIs and pre-trained models for easy integration. The superapp's marketplaces unify verticals such as food delivery, real estate, healthcare, and accommodations, aggregating supply and demand through intelligent matching, integrated payments, and ratings for quality assurance, allowing for dynamic partner integrations without the need for separate infrastructure.

At launch, Ramses supports languages including English, French, Modern Standard Arabic, Runyankore, Kiswahili, Luganda, Acholi, Lugbara, Russian, and Simplified Mandarin Chinese. It plans to expand to at least 80 languages by December 31, 2025, and to 500 by December 31, 2026.
